Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note that our waterproof range takes longer to ship due to each item being handmade with care.

UK Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: All UK orders will be sent out using Evri (Hermes) 2-3 day tracked courier services. For an extra fee, you can opt for a 1-2 day delivery service. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Free Standard Delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over £40.
  • Free Express Delivery: Enjoy free express delivery on all orders over £80.

International Shipping:

We ship our international parcels with Royal Mail. The following estimated delivery times apply once your parcel has been dispatched:

  • Europe International Tracked: £15 (up to 10 days)
  • USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand International Tracked: £20 (between 7-21 days).


We are not liable for local customs and sales tax. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order reaches your country, and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid for by you before you receive your goods. Any customs charges or delays that might occur are beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels:

  • Lost Parcels: If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (UK orders), please contact us and we will liaise with the courier directly to resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect Address: We cannot be held responsible if the address you have provided is incorrect. It is the responsibility of the customer to give a complete and accurate address to ensure correct delivery.
  • Stolen Parcels: We cannot be held responsible for parcels that have been safely delivered but subsequently stolen. Once your parcel has been marked as delivered, it is the recipient's responsibility to ensure its safekeeping.
  • Damaged Parcels: In the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged, please contact both us and Evri customer services to file a complaint.

Delivery Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or other disruptions may cause delays. Once we have sent the parcel, we are governed by the Evri delivery process and are in no way able to expedite the process. We will keep a close eye on the tracking information and support the safe delivery as much as we can. In such cases, we appreciate your understanding and patience.
